1.) Pick date on calendar and the number of hours you would like us to be on- site providing custom training. 2.) Let us know what areas you want to focus on and if the time permits we will cover everything. If not you can schedule additional bookings at a later date. If you are not sure how to use the software at all we can always take you through the basics. Be sure to let us know if you need us to start from the very basics. 3.) How much does it cost? There is an hourly cost of $80/per hour & also the travel expense (travel cost will vary based on your location). Also keep in mind that the $80/hr is for up to three employees attending event. For additional employees add $70/hr so in other words for four employees it would cost $150/hr. If you have more than three employees that need training do not use calendar form please call us first. After confirming your business or organization address you will be sent an estimate for travel cost and also lodging cost. When travelling more than 2 hours lodging must be provided by client in the form of a hotel and must be approved prior to travel arrangements. In other words we validate the saftey of area before hotel is booked to ensure our employees saftey. Also if training event is more than one day, is delayed longer than expected rather forseen or unforseen lodging cost will apply. Other situtations may apply that will require lodging expense and will be discussed if necessary. 4.) Proper equipment to present and complete training must be provided by client otherwise additional fees may apply. Space to present must be provided by client and must be sufficient to complete presentation.
